Dual Pallet Front / Rear Load Configuration

This configuration allows for unloading and loading the machine, while parts are being cut or engraved. This greatly increases throughput and therefore productivity. When the load/unload time are same as the cut time, the throughput is doubled. This gives you the potential to get twice the parts per shift from one machine. In addition, if multiple machines are being used, a single operator can often service several machines, thereby reducing the labor cost for each part. This configuration gives full walk up access on three sides of each pallet for convenient loading and unloading. The gull wing access doors, and the secondary control panel, offers flexibility and easy operation from both sides of the machine. In addition, the front/rear load configuration is ideal for the customer who processes tall parts or uses tall fixtures to hold parts. Further, trimming deep molded parts, or engraving and/or cutting on top of deep parts are also afforded.
