Pattern Cut uses a laser machine to accurately cut their intricate designs. With a laser, they can cut inside corners, extremely fine details, and very small pieces with ease.

Pattern Cut found that the system they were using no longer met their needs. They needed a machine that would cut faster, cut more accurately, and improve their efficiencies. They chose to upgrade their existing laser system to a Beam Dynamics machine.

Today, with a Beam Dynamics LMC 10000, Pattern Cut has doubled their production rate, leading to even more cutting jobs. It is easy to operate, and they run the machine anywhere from 40 to 50 hours per week. Pattern Cut has also been able to extend their production to acrylics because of the flexibility of the machine. The machine is very reliable and has helped them to reach their goals of increasing production and precision.
