Fox Lite, Inc. manufactures FOX LITE and Skymaster residential skylights and custom formed parts. They provide design, tooling and production services for plastic components.

Fox Lite had utilized thermoforming and a CNC router to create their products, but found that they were limited in their capabilities when it came to prototypes and intricate designs. They wanted to process polycarbonate more efficiently, and ultimately expand the shop’s proficiencies. To do so, they chose to extend their process line by including a Beam Dynamics machine.

Today, with a Beam Dynamics LMC 10000, Fox Lite brings their customers designs to reality. Their parts are high appearance and transparent, and the BEAM machine is able to provide clean parts right off of the cutting bed. Thanks to the flexibility of the machine, Fox Lite increased production and has seen a dramatic improvement in precision.
